HOW DO I BOOK?
Give us a call at (714) 455 - 9698 or send us an email at Info@nowweparty.com. You may also visit www.nowweparty.com/book to begin the process. We would be more than glad to help and get your event reserved.
Do you guys require a deposit to reserve my date?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit, to reserve your desired date.
How do i confirm that i am booked?
Once you have sent over your event information, we will send over a event contract going over the details of your event. After you have signed and paid your required (50%) deposit, your event is reserved!
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept Cash, Checks, Zelle, Venmo, and all Major Credit Cards. Please note we do charge a 4% convenience fee for all credit card transactions.
If i choose to mail in my depsot where do i send it?
Our mailing address is P.O. Box 3803 Costa Mesa, CA 92628-3803.
How do i confirm that now we party has RECEIVED my deposit?
Once your deposit is received and logged into our system, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. You can also check your contract link for updates.
CAN I ADD AN additional COTTON CANDY FLAVOR OR SHAVED ICE FLAVOR TO MY PACKAGE?
Yes, of course all of our packages are fully customizable. You may add an additional cotton candy flavor for a small fee of $25.00 per flavor. You may also add an additional shaved ice flavor for a small fee of $25.00 per flavor.
HOW EARLY DO I HAVE TO BOOK?
We recommend reserving your date at least one month prior to your event date, to receive your desired date and time.
Do you guys charge any travel fee's?
No, if you are located within 15 miles of the Orange County areas we do not charge a travel fee. Anywhere out of this perimeter, we do charge a small travel fee depending on your exact location.
